S Kapthianmuan Ngaihte (Founder & Director)
An alumnus of TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences), highly motivated and dedicated social development practitioner with a strong commitment to contribute to the sustainable socio-economic development. Also, a member of Association of Professional Social Workers and Development Practitioners (APSWDP). Driven by an unwavering passion for transparency, accountability and evidence, I aspire to transform the developmental work ecosystem in North East India through Capacity Building and Handholding Support in the verticals of Program Management, M&E, Assessments and Research. As a staunch advocate for effective Monitoring & Evaluation Frameworks and Tools, he empowers the local organizations with data-driven insights, enabling them to make informed decisions and achieve sustainable development goals.
Lalhmangaih Hauzel (Chairman)
As Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of Frame Impacts Pvt Ltd, Lalhmangaih Hauzel brings a wealth of experience, skills and passion to the table. His 15+ year career has been a testament to driving transformative change across diverse industries, from healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, banking & finance, IT and aerospace & defence. His skills and expertise span across Strategic Planning & Execution, Change Management, Agile Leadership, LEAN Six Sigma, Risk Management, Leadership Coaching, etc resulting in significant cost savings via process, operational and business improvements projects for leading organizations like Syntel, Atos and Tata Aerospace & Defence. His MHA degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and an MBA from Washington University at St.Louis and IIT Bombay further bolsters his expertise and strategic vision and capability. Additionally, his dedication to social impact is evident in his founding of Arise Lamka, an education project for underserved communities. Lal is more than just a leader; he is a transformer, an innovator, and a changemaker, consistently pushing for a brighter future for both businesses and communities. He is passionate about football, music and has published a book on poems while working on the next one.
Shimtilang Kharsunai (Research Assistant)
Shimtilang Kharsunai, a Research Assistant with a Master degree in Social work from North Eastern Hill university, Tura Campus. Shimti showcases a profound expertise in site assessment with impeccable communication skills. The passion for grounded exploration and research to bring in evidences in contribution to the social development has been her strength.
Janai Mary Nadon (Research Assistant)
Janai Mary Nadon is a Research Assistant with a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Martin Luther Christian University Shillong. Janai is passionate about research, enjoys exploring the field, and finds fulfillment in learning something new every day. Her interest lies in making a positive impact through community development initiatives.
